Peer Recovery Coach

The Peer Recovery Coach serves as a compassionate advocate for individuals seeking or maintaining recovery. By modeling successful recovery and sharing lived experience, the Peer Recovery Coach supports peers in navigating systems of care, identifying recovery goals, accessing community resources, and building recovery capital. Responsibilities include facilitating one-on-one sessions and groups, hosting meetings and events, and participating in recovery planning. The Peer Recovery Coach will act in accordance with AFRC’s ethical guidelines, values, and personnel policies, always promoting multiple pathways to recovery.

The Executive Assistant is the glue that holds us all together! We are seeking an IN-PERSON dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and office support to the directors of Advocates for Recovery Colorado. This role will ensure smooth daily operations, contributing to AFRC’s mission of empowering individuals in recovery. As the Administrative Assistant, you will uphold the organization’s ethical guidelines and personnel policies while supporting our team and community initiatives. The Executive Assistant will act in accordance with AFRC’s ethical guidelines, values, and personnel policies, always promoting multiple pathways to recovery.

Bilingual Peer Recovery Coach

The Bilingual Peer Recovery Coach supports individuals seeking or living in recovery by providing nonclinical peer-based services in both English and Spanish. This position is part of AFRC’s Cultural Program and focuses on culturally responsive support, outreach, and programming for communities that experience barriers to recovery services. The Bilingual Peer Recovery Coach uses lived experience, cultural knowledge, and peer values to help participants build recovery capital, strengthen wellness, and connect with community resources.
