Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, quality, and compliance of recovery support services and programs across AFRC recovery community centers and locations. This position provides leadership and supervision to Regional Managers and Peer Coach Supervisors to ensure services are delivered in alignment with AFRC policies, grant requirements, and organizational values. 

The Program Manager supports the Director of Operations in program development, operational oversight, sustainability efforts, and expansion of services throughout Colorado. This position also assists with program evaluation, reporting, and operational systems to ensure high-quality recovery support services statewide. 

The Program Manager conducts themselves in accordance with AFRC ethical guidelines, personnel policies, and the mission and values of the organization.
