Join us on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Centennial Plaza for an evening of remembrance, hope, and community as we recognize International Overdose Awareness Day. Walk for Recovery Starts at 5:15 pm.

Together, we will honor and remember the loved ones we have lost to overdose while supporting those who continue their journey of recovery. This event is a safe and welcoming space for individuals, families, friends, and community members to come together in fellowship, reflection, and healing.

Enjoy free snow cones, receive free Narcan (naloxone) and overdose prevention resources, a memorial tree with a moment of silence, and connect with others who are committed to saving lives, reducing stigma, and supporting recovery.

Whether you are remembering someone you have lost, supporting a loved one, or celebrating your own recovery journey, we invite you to stand with us as we raise awareness and share a message of hope.

Join Advocates for Recovery Colorado for a refreshing Recovery Hike on Saturday, August 29th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Echo Lake (Highway 103 & Mount Evans Road, Evergreen, CO 80439)!

Take a break from the stresses of everyday life and enjoy the healing power of nature while connecting with others in the recovery community.

Whether you're new to recovery, have years of sobriety, or are supporting a loved one, this hike is a great opportunity to build healthy relationships, find encouragement, and experience the benefits of movement, fresh air, and fellowship.

Everyone is welcome, and the hike will be at a comfortable pace so participants of all fitness levels can enjoy the experience.

Friday July 10th starting at 6pm come experience the fun of an all out WATER BALOON TOSS & KICKBALL event. We are bringing the grills, so you bring the appetite. Food, a little summertime mayhem and then we finish it with an all Recovery Meeting.
