Shamanic Journey, Indigenous Wisdom & Community Potluck! Westminster, CO

  • Advocates For Recovery Colorado 3440 West 71st Place Westminster, Colorado, 80030 United States (map)

Join us on October 10th for a unique opportunity to explore connection, reflection, and healing through a guided Shamanic Journey. This experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the wisdom and insight that can emerge through mindfulness, meditation, drumming, and intentional reflection.

The gathering will also include a brief presentation highlighting the contributions of the Iroquois Nation to American systems of government, offering an opportunity to learn, reflect, and honor Indigenous wisdom in recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Following the journey and presentation, we will come together for a community potluck! Participants are invited to bring a favorite Indigenous-inspired dish or a favorite fall dish to share with the group. Food and community have a powerful way of bringing people together, creating connection, and celebrating the many pathways that support wellness and recovery.

This event is open to individuals at all stages of recovery and is designed to create a welcoming space for connection, curiosity, cultural learning, personal growth, and exploration of additional pathways to wellness.

Come as you are, be open to the experience, share in community, and take whatever wisdom speaks to you. 🌿🥁🍂
